Sales Volume and Prices Rise!

Total sales volume for single family homes has increased over $315,000,000 or 34%. The average price is $1,049,307 which is 7% higher than in 2009 and the median is $800,000, a 5% increase over last year.  Unit sales in the condo market had a smaller gain of 5%, however average and median prices have increased 7% and 20% respectively.  Overall condo dollar volume is up over last year by $13,000,000 or 12%.
