¨   On a regular basis, provide you with properties from the real estate agents’ data base, the Marin County Multiple Listing Service,that fit your criteria.  I will also provide you with the means to easily and quickly access this valuable data base.

¨       Notify you of properties before they hit the market that are announced at networking/office meetings

¨    Supply comparables on a regular basis to ensure that you are knowledgeable about all available properties in your targeted area and price range.

¨       Request and review the disclosures of a potential property before making an offer to ensure an informed decision with regard to price and terms offered 

¨    Negotiate the best possible price and favorable terms for you

¨     Direct you in the property investigation stage to ensure a  thorough inspection and clarification of all areas of concern

¨       Negotiate areas of concern/defects should the investigations warrant it.

¨       Communicate and coordinate the details of the transaction with your mortgage professional and escrow officer to make certain you have an efficient and successful completion of the purchase.

¨       Follow up with you after the close of escrow to ensure that you experience a smooth transition in your new home.
